Return & Refund Policy

At VISTALUXAE, we want you to be completely captivated by your piece. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we are here to assist you with an easy return process.

1. The 14-Day Return Window

We accept returns on all items within 14 days from the date your package was physically delivered to your address. Return requests made after this 14-day window will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund.

2. Condition Eligibility Requirements

Because we pride ourselves on delivering pristine, luxury-grade pieces, your returned handbag must meet the following strict criteria:

  • The bag must be completely unused, unwashed, and unaltered.

  • It must be in its original packaging, including the custom VISTALUXAE dust bag and any internal structural tissue padding.

  • All hanging tags, brand labels, and protective plastics on the metallic gold/silver hardware must remain completely intact and attached.

Items returned with visible wear, missing protective elements, or structural damage from poor return packaging cannot be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Items explicitly marked as "Clearance," "Final Sale," or promotional gift bundle items at checkout are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

4. How to Start Your Return

  1. Contact our concierge team at support@vistaluxae.online with your Order Number and proof of purchase.

  2. Our team will verify your purchase details and reply within 24–48 hours with our dedicated return shipping address.

  3. Securely box up your bag (we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot issue a refund for items lost by the carrier during return transit).

Please note: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refunds Processing

Once your return is received and physically inspected by our inventory team at home, we will send you an email confirmation. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied directly back to your original method of payment (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, etc.) within 5 to 7 business days.
